When ordering inside of Denmark a shipping fee of 45,- is added.
Once ordered, it will typically be shipped or be ready to be picked up by appointment within 2-3 business days.

When ordering from one of the following countries a shipping fee of 130,- is added:
Austria, Belgium, Sweeden, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Latvia, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia.

If you want your order to be shipped from a country not on the list, please send me your adress via email before purchasing, and I will get back to you with shipping info and fee.

Taxes and duties outside of EU (including Norway and UK): Please notice that if you are placing an order outside of the European Union you might have to pay local taxes according to the country.
If the package gets lost Andrea Sode is not liable to cover this.

All prices are including 25% danish VAT.
REPAIRS AND RETURNS
If you wish to return a purchase please get in touch via email.
The customer is responsible for the safe return of the piece and the return shipment cost. Andrea Sode is not responsible for any lost packages. When receiving your return, the piece will be checked before determining if this is eligible as a return. Your piece can not be returned if the reason is due to normal wear and tear, it has been altered or the damage is not due to design faults. The original shipping fee can not be refunded.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
According to danish legislation all purchases are covered by 2 years of warranty. You may complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 2 years of the purchase. However, if the defects or deficiencies are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. Please save your receipt as proof of your purchase.
